Dr. Dalton Kincaid
Optometry quickly became Dr. Kincaid’s passion while working as a technician throughout his undergraduate years. Today, he’s proud to serve the Columbus community with expertise in pre- and post-operative care and dry eye disease management. He also acts as an Extern Preceptor for The Ohio State University College of Optometry, helping future optometrists gain valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
Dr. Kincaid earned his bachelor’s degree in Spanish from The Ohio State University, where he also spent semesters studying abroad in Chile and Mexico. He went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he also earned a second degree in Vision Science.
After graduation in May 2022, Dr. Kincaid completed a year-long residency in ocular disease with an emphasis on cornea and contact lenses at Columbus Ophthalmology Associates, where he cared for more than 3,000 patients. Before joining Columbus Laser & Cataract Center, he worked at Arena Eye Surgeons alongside Dr. Rupa Shah, ensuring patients achieved exceptional post-surgical outcomes.
Dr. Kincaid lives in Italian Village with his partner, Dominic, and their two pets, Rudy and Kitty. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys exercising, playing video games, and exploring new restaurants around Columbus.
