Dr. Beran
Dr. Robin Beran’s passion for medicine started at a young age. Having grown up with a father who was an anesthesiologist, Dr. Beran has always understood the importance of delivering compassionate care. Dedicated to medical excellence, Dr. Beran attended The Ohio State University’s prestigious College of Medicine before completing his internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital and his residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Weber
Dr. Aaron Weber uses a lifetime of experiences to deliver exceptional eye surgeries. Distinguished by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Eye Doctors, he is highly respected by peers and sought out by patients. Dr. Weber grew up in northeast Ohio and studied Biological Engineering at The Ohio State University. He completed his medical training and ophthalmology residency at The University of Cincinnati, where he found his true calling as a surgeon.
Dr. Shah
Dr. Rupa Shah is a highly skilled ophthalmologist specializing in cataract, cornea, and refractive surgeries. With thousands of successful procedures performed, she combines advanced technology and a compassionate approach to help each patient achieve their best vision. Dr. Shah trained at George Washington University, where she served as Chief Resident, and completed her fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at Emory University. She takes time to understand every patient’s unique needs, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout their experience. Before joining Columbus Laser & Cataract Center, Dr. Shah practiced advanced cataract and laser surgery at ReVision LASIK & Cataract Surgery Center and Arena Eye Surgeons.
Dr. Mancini
Dr. Rachel Mancini completed her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Grove City College in Pennsylvania. She then gained early acceptance into The Ohio State University College of Optometry and graduated with honors, earning a Doctorate of Optometry in 2000. Dr. Mancini joined our team in 2019 and has a special focus in the medical treatment of allergies, dry eye, and postoperative cataract and refractive care.
Dr. Bartholomew
Dr. Danielle Bartholomew grew up in the Columbus area and completed her undergraduate studies at Capital University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She went on to receive her Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2011. Dr. Bartholomew is the recipient of The Ohio State University Patient Care Excellence Award and the Rooney Optical Nexus Award. She is currently a clinical attending for OSU and oversees fourth-year optometry students in our clinic.
Dr. Kincaid
Known for his educational and compassionate approach, Dr. Dalton Kincaid takes time to thoroughly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and at-home care to each of his patients. He loves helping patients see their best through personalized pre- and post-operative care and dry eye treatment. After earning his degrees from The Ohio State University and Nova Southeastern University, he completed a residency in ocular disease focused on cornea and contact lenses. Dr. Kincaid also enjoys mentoring future optometrists as an Extern Preceptor for The Ohio State University College of Optometry.
